Dr. Zina is an experienced Board-Certified Cardiologist with more than 16 years of experience in her field. She graduated from Tehran University of Medical Sciences. After getting her Medical Doctorate Certificate, she started her Cardiology residency in Dr. Shariati Hospital, Tehran. She was nominated as the best Cardiology resident of Tehran University in 2003 and graduated and took her Board Certificate in 2004. She then started her career as a Specialist Cardiologist in Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Baharloo Hospital and continued in several prestigious hospitals and clinics. She was head of the Cardiology Department in Bina Hospital, Tehran before moving to the UAE.
Dr. Zina moved to Dubai in 2013 and started to work as head of Cardiology Department from 2014-2019 and has visited and treated lots of patients during six years.
She has experience in managing and treating Cardiac patients as In-Patients and Out-patients, doing and interpreting Transthoracic Echocardiography, ECG and BP Holter monitoring and exercise tests. She has experience with a range of Cardiac patients from Hypertension to Acute Heart Attack and from Valvular Heart diseases to Arrhythmia.
