DLH Antenatal Class: Pre and Postnatal Care

At Dubai London Hospital, we recently hosted an informative session featuring Dr. Namrata Jadhav, Specialist Obstetrician & Gynaecologist, and Dr. Bibiana Singh, Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist and Medical Acupuncturist. This session was designed to empower expectant parents with essential knowledge of managing pregnancy, preparing for childbirth, and navigating postpartum.

Dr. Namrata Jadhav provided insights into managing common pregnancy discomforts, focusing on strategies for alleviating back pain and enhancing maternal comfort. Dr. Bibiana Singh discussed the benefits of medical acupuncture for pain relief during and after pregnancy, emphasising alternative therapies that support maternal well-being.

Participants also had the opportunity to engage in discussions, share experiences, and receive guidance on pre- and postpartum back pain management.
