Dr. Adil is a Consultant Nephrologist with over 40 years of experience in Medicine, including 30 years of experience in Nephrology-focused practices, both in government tertiary referral hospitals and private hospitals. Trained in Alexandria, Egypt, for his Medical Degree, followed by training as a house officer and senior house officer in internal medicine and tropical medicine in Sudan. He subsequently worked and trained at the Al Qassimi Hospital in Sharjah and Dubai Hospital’s Nephrology department. Dr. Adil attained his postgraduate membership degree, followed by his fellowship with the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland. He is the co-founder of the Nephrology Department at Al Qaissimi Hospital in Sharjah and has been active over the past 30 years in training graduate and postgraduate candidates. He is a former examiner at the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland and has participated in and contributed to many regional and international conferences. His special interests include critical care nephrology, diabetes, hypertension, and kidney disease management. Dr. Adil is a competent nephrologist in the areas of glomerular nephritis, chronic kidney diseases of all stages, dialysis, pre and post-transplant care, and also managed 2 standalone dialysis centres.
